Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners or coat with nonstick spray.

- Cool muffins for 15 minutes before adding glaze.
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth, then drizzle over cooled muffins.
